O you who feel (are âAdult malesû)! Any time you contend with each other in contracting a personal debt for a set time, then compose it down. Allow a scribe write it down between you with fairness; as well as scribe should not flinch to put in writing as Allah has taught him, so he really should create precisely the way it is actually; and Permit him who owes the debt dictate. And Allow him have piety (takwâ) in the direction of Allah, his Lord, (and let him guard himself versus His Orders) and Allow him not diminish anything at all from it; but when he who owes the personal debt is unsound in knowledge, or weak or (if) He's unable to dictate himself, Permit his guardian dictate in justice (with fairness); and simply call in to witness from among the your Males two witnesses; but if there are not two Guys, then 1 person and two Females of such as you approve as witnesses, to make sure that if one of several two (Females) forgets, the opposite (woman) may well remind her; plus the witnesses shouldn't refuse when they are summoned; don't turn into weary to write down it (your agreement) (whether it's) little or significant, together with the date of payment. 262. Those that devote their wealth in the Cause of Allah, and do not follow up their gifts with reminders of their generosity or with injury, their reward is with their Lord. On them shall be no worry, nor shall they grieve.
And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: "We believe in Allah and the final Working day" although in truth they believe not.
And [recall] whenever we parted the sea in your case and saved you and drowned the men and women of Pharaoh As you were being hunting on.
279. And If you don't get it done, then have a discover of war from Allah and His Messenger but when you repent, you shall have your cash sums. Deal not unjustly (by asking a lot more than your funds sums), and you simply shall not be dealt with unjustly (by receiving under your money sums).
Of Those people Messengers We've exalted some above Other individuals in virtue; to some of them Allah spoke; and some of them He exalted by degrees; and We gave very clear evidences to Jesus, the son of Mary, and strengthened (supported him) Together with the Holy Spirit.
